On July 30, 2026, the first-ever distributor exchange conference of Madajie’s Quantitative Packaging Division for Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, and Henan was successfully held in Qiuxian County, Handan, Hebei. With the theme “Quantification Shapes the Future, Collaboration Leads to Great Success,” core distributor representatives from the four provinces and municipalities—Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, and Henan—gathered to discuss the grand strategy for developing the quantitative packaging market.

In the morning, Madajie’s marketing elites and the distributor team paid a site visit to Madajie’s Qiu County production base and its development exhibition hall. As the largest brand‑name snack food processing facility in northern China, the base covers an area of over 700 mu, with dozens of fully automated production workshops and hundreds of production lines, spanning multiple product categories such as candies, baked goods, and jellies. By touring the intelligent warehouse and the smart manufacturing processes, the distributors gained a deep understanding of the company’s robust capabilities in capacity assurance, quality control, and efficient logistics, further strengthening their confidence in collaboration.

During the afternoon session on the 30th, Mr. Sun Qi, Director of the Quantitative Packaging Business Division at Madajie, delivered a speech on the dual‑engine strategy of “channel development as the main driver, with single‑point volume expansion as a supplement.” The meeting noted that competition in the snack food industry has shifted from product quantity to the number and quality of retail outlets, with the key focus being on boosting the output contribution per outlet and achieving an exceptionally high placement rate at each point of sale. Madajie will leverage its expertise in bulk‑display resources to empower its quantitative packaging business, driving volume growth for individual products through concentrated assortments and strategic抢占 of display space.

The meeting unveiled the channel‑design plan for the Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, and Henan markets, set clear tiered coverage targets for core outlets, and conducted performance and profit‑model analyses for distributors at each level.

Director Sun Qi emphasized that the core competitive advantage of the quantitative packaging business lies in its model-driven approach: the company takes responsibility for addressing product sales‑driving challenges, while distributors focus solely on distribution, shelf placement, and merchandising; after-sales service is handled exclusively by the quantitative business team. At the same time, the business team should adhere to a partner‑selection criterion of “aligned frequency and high efficiency,” abandon the inefficient mindset of customer nurturing, and drive market expansion through professional expertise and strong execution.

This conference highlighted Madajie’s core product line for quantitative packaging, leveraging a diverse and comprehensive portfolio to inject strong momentum into end‑user sales.

Classic Heritage Series : Spearheaded by the meat‑flavored pancake, which has surpassed 600 million units in cumulative sales, the 210g portion‑packaged version has maintained a strong market foothold thanks to its deeply ingrained reputation for quality, serving as a reliable anchor for channel‑driven sales.

Health Innovation Series : Featuring new products such as the Jiugu “Nine Black, Nine Red” biscuits and monkey-head mushroom biscuits, the brand has strategically positioned itself in the health‑conscious consumer segment, highlighting grain‑based nutrition and functional ingredients to meet the evolving needs of younger consumers and those who prioritize dietary balance.

Baking Quantitative Packaging Matrix : Centered around a 450g tear‑off bread product, it highlights the dual advantages of exceptional value for money and high quality‑for‑price, demonstrating strong competitiveness across supermarket and distribution channels.

The three major product lines are working in concert, offering distributors across Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, and Henan a diverse array of options that combine brand strength with innovative appeal, while also laying a solid product foundation for scaling up at individual outlets in the next phase.

The successful holding of this exchange meeting marks the entry of Madajie Food’s quantitative packaging strategic layout in the Tianjin–Hebei–Shandong–Henan region into a phase of full-scale acceleration. With clear strategic guidance, solid product support, and close manufacturer‑partner collaboration, Madajie is working hand in hand with its partners to explore avenues for growth within the existing market, steadily advancing toward the goal of “quantifying the future.”
